Here you’ll find a place to share, learn and listen to the stories that change lives. That’s what we want courageis to be. So please tell us your story and encourage those around you to do the same, because words have the power to inform, motivate and inspire.

While this site is about sharing information, we do recognize that there are certain topics and types of language just aren’t appropriate. If you or anyone you know is considering posting material to this site, we ask that you be aware of the following guidelines and rules:

1. Keep it nice and clean – Some content won’t be tolerated, including any language that is obscene, derogatory, demeaning, malicious, defamatory, abusive, offensive, hateful, pornographic or sexually explicit, promotes illegal activity, violence, hate against individuals or groups, or plagiarises the work of others. Posts containing any of this content will be removed. 
2. Leave out the names – Please don’t include names, dates or places, as disclosure of this information could have legal ramifications.
3. Remove the links – While third-party links might provide additional information or support for your story, regrettably, we can’t allow them.
4. Make it about stories, not advertising – Please refrain from using any language that contains advertising, and invites others to take part in commercial activities and/or sales, or contests or sweepstakes.
